BUYERS AND RELOCATERS

  • My services are totally free to you.  I have lived and
    worked in the Melbourne/Satellite Beach area for
    over 25 years.  Use me I am free.
  • When you purchase a home using me as your agent
    you will get a free one year home warranty worth
    approximately $375.00. If something goes wrong
    with the plumbing or dishwasher etc  the first year
    you pay a service charge of about $75.00 and the
    repair is free.  One of my customers got a new a/c
    system free last year.  I pay for this right out of my
    own pocket because I want you to feel safe when you
    buy a home using me as your agent..  Safe from any
    huge bill that might arise unexpectedly that you
    can't or don't want to have to pay for.  I will be happy
    to provide you a copy of the warranty at any time so
    you can check it out.
