through Loughman Lake from this 4.15-acre
community river park. A 1-lane boat ramp
with unpaved parking for up to 50 cars and
boat trailers is provided. Map

Scottsmoor Landing  - North Brevard
2400 Huntington Avenue, Scottsmoor
Serving residents and visitors in the
northernmost part of the county, this
3.05-acre community river park accesses the
Indian River Lagoon. Facilities include
sheltered picnic tables, a small playground, a
1-lane boat ramp for boats up to 18 feet long,
channel markers, channel signage and
parking for 19 cars and 15 boats Map

Pt. St. John Boat Ramp  - North Brevard
6650 North U.S. Hwy 1, Port St. John
A popular 1.17-acre boating area on the
Indian River, this 2-lane facility is
conveniently located near the Fay Boulevard
and U.S. 1 intersection. It can accommodate
40 cars and boat trailers. Map

Parrish Park-Titusville  - North Brevard
1 Max Brewer Causeway- SR 402,
Titusville
This urban district river park is situated on
both sides of SR 402 at the Max Brewer
Causeway—from the east end of the draw
bridge to the security gates for Kennedy
Space Center. The 36.6-acre park provides
convenient access to the Indian River for
fishing, water sports, sunbathing and shuttle
viewing. Recreational amenities include
eleven picnic shelters, a barbeque grill,
restrooms, a boardwalk, a 100’ fishing dock,
and a 6-lane lighted boat ramp with paved
parking for 96 cars and 46 boat trailer
spaces. Both residents and tourists alike
convene at this site for windsurfing, sailing,
jet-skiing, water skiing, canoeing and boating.

This .8-acre boating area featuring a natural
dirt launch ramp is located north of Wiley
Road in Mims on the Indian River. Map

Marina Park  - North Brevard
501 Marina Road, Titusville
Located north of the Titusville Marina, the
facilities at this 10.37-acre community
riverfront park include a 2-lane boat ramp, 3
lighted softball fields, concession stand,
playground and restrooms. Shoreline Fishing
along the Indian River is also a popular

Hatbill Park  - North Brevard
100 Hatbill Road, Titusville
Preserved in its natural setting, Hatbill Park is
a 15-acre boating area located seven miles
off SR 46. Sport fishing from boat or
shoreline is a pastime at this park. A 2-lane
boat ramp accesses the St. Johns River Map

Fox Lake Park  - North Brevard
4400 Fox Lake Road, Titusville
A premier regional park in North Brevard, this
31.57-acre scenic getaway is located west of
I-95 at the end of Fox Lake Road. It is easily
accessed from SR 405 about 2-miles north of
SR 50, making it ideal for large community
events. A paved road loops through the
many palm and ornamental trees. Facilities
include 5 family picnic pavilions, barbeque
grills, a picturesque gazebo, sand volleyball
courts, a fishing dock and a boat ramp (with
access to South Lake from Fox Lake). 2
mid-sized pavilions and a large pavilion
seating up to 1000 with kitchen and stage are

Kiwanis Island Park  - Central
Brevard
951 Kiwanis Island Park Road,
Merritt Island
Located just east of Sykes Creek
Parkway off SR 520 in a wildlife
sanctuary, this 18.38-acre community
river park caters to both active and
passive recreational enthusiasts. A
1-mile stationed exercise trail loops the
island’s complex of athletic facilities
which includes lighted tennis and
racquetball courts, softball fields,
horseshoe pits and volleyball court. A
2-lane boat ramp for boaters, and a
natural launch area for rowers and
canoeists provides access into Sykes
Creek leading to the Barge Canal or
Banana River. Fishing is another
popular activity both from the shoreline
and from the 200’ fishing dock.The
Community Center features ongoing
activities and a gymnasium, a small
kitchen and meeting rooms. Another
meeting room and a banquet sized
kitchen are located at the large pavilion.
The large pavilion with seating for
groups up to 250 people, a mid-sized
pavilion, and 3 small pavilions with a
playground and restrooms nearby make
this park attractive for group gatherings

Kelly Park  - Central Brevard
2550 North Banana River Drive,
Merritt Island
An internationally recognized
windsurfing area, this 15.37-acre
community river park is on the Banana
River just south of the Beeline
Expressway. Providing river access for
residents and visitors, Kelly Park
features a natural catamaran/sailboard
launch area, and lighted 4-lane boat
ramp with adjacent parking for cars and
boat trailers. Near a small scenic
lagoon, a paved walkway connects a
medium size pavilion with amenities
including grills, restrooms, playground,
horseshoe pits and volleyball courts.
Additionally, 2 small pavilions and picnic
tables provide picnicking by the river’s
edge. With the waterfront view and
facilities attracting numerous group
gatherings through the spring and
summer season, advanced reservations
are recommended. Map

Stosberg Park  - Central Brevard
8190 West Highway-SR 520, Cocoa
Situated along the flood plain of the St.
Johns River, this 24.06-acre community
river park is located off SR 520 across
from James G. Bourbeau Memorial
Park. The park features a natural boat
ramp. A paved ramp and parking are in

Pineda Landing  - Central Brevard
5995 North Hwy U.S. 1, Melbourne
This 4.58-acre community river park is
on the shoreline of the Indian River just
north of the Pineda Causeway. It
features a lighted 1-lane boat ramp and
shoreline fishing. 4 covered picnic
tables each with a grill invite riverfront
family outings, and a small building with
a meeting room that can be rented. Map

McFarland Park  - Central Brevard
2060 Indian River Drive, Cocoa
At the east end of Coquina Drive on the
Indian River in north Cocoa, this
1.03-acre community river park
provides convenient riverfront access
for the neighborhood. The park is well
shaded and includes a 1-lane small
boat ramp, parking space, a fishing
dock, and a sheltered picnic table. Map

Lee Wenner Park  - Central Brevard
300 Riveredge Drive, Cocoa
On the Indian River at the southwest
side of the Hubert Humphrey bridge,
this 11.55-acre community river park is
an active boat launch site. The 4-lane
ramp and several other amenities make
it an attractive recreational area. The
Coast Guard Auxiliary Building features
a meeting room available as a rental
facility. A mid-sized pavilion, picnic
tables, rest-rooms, playground and
volleyball court are conveniently
situated for group activity, while a 500’
pier and a T-shaped dock are ideal for
leisurely fishing. Map

James G.Bourbeau Memorial Park  -
Central Brevard
8195 West Highway-SR 520, Cocoa
Located along the St. Johns River at SR
520 next to the Lone Cabbage Fish
Camp, this 52-acre community river
park is a gateway to excellent bass
fishing. It provides a staging area for
many fishing tournaments. Facilities
include a 2-lane boat ramp and dock,
restrooms, a mid-size pavilion with a
barbeque grill, and parking for 100 cars
and boat trailers.

Long Point Park  - South Brevard
700 Long Point Road, Melbourne Beach
A popular camping park, this 84.5-acre
conservation area and urban district river
park is off SR A1A, 1-mile north of Sebastian
Inlet on an island in the Indian River Lagoon.
113 campsites are positioned along the
shoreline for convenient fishing. Also
available is a 1-lane boat ramp and a small
fishing dock. The park is the habitat of
protected wildlife such as otters, bobcats,
birds and manatees, and is also a major
roosting site for wood storks. Close by on
Scout Island—adjacent to the camping area
and connected by a bridge, primitive camping
is available at a reasonable group rate, and
more than a mile of nature trails can be
explored. Nature walks are provided for
school children and organized groups by
appointment. The close proximity to the
lagoon, the Sebastian Inlet marine
ecosystems and the Atlantic Ocean attract
campers to this park where facilities include
15 campsites with water, electric, and sewer;
115 campsites with water and electric; 40
rustic campsites; restrooms, showers,
laundry, dump station and concession store.
Other amenities include a playground, 4
small and 1 mid-sized pavilion, 1 large
pavilion seating up to 200, picnic tables, a
wading bird pond, an unguarded swimming
pond and a firepit. Map

Lake Washington Park  - South Brevard
6000 Lake Washington Road, Melbourne
This shaded 25.96-acre community river park
is along the shore of Lake Washington at the
west end of Lake Washington Road. The
park has a boating area ramps for power
boats and airboats. Fishing is popular on the
lake and on the St. Johns River which can be
accessed from the lake. Parking is available
for cars and trailers. Additional facilities
include restrooms, 1 mid-sized pavilion, 1
small pavilion, 1 sheltered picnic table, a
playground and fishing pier. Map

In a neighborhood community about 1.5-miles
south of the Pineda Causeway, this .12 acre
boating area offers a 1-lane boat ramp for
local residents to access the Banana River.

John Jorgensen’s Landing  - South

boating area includes parking for 25 cars and

Jorgensen’s Boat Ramp, this .54-acre
boating area provides access to the Indian
River. Facilities include a 1-lane boat ramp,
parking for 30 cars and 6 trailers, and a

Eau Gallie Causeway Park  - South
Brevard
Eau Gallie Causeway-SR 518, Melbourne
This 1.4-acre boating area is a popular boat
launch and windsurfing site. It is also a great
place for viewing the annual Christmas
Parade of Boats. Besides the natural
windsurfing launch area, facilities include a
4-lane boat ramp, unpaved parking for 20
cars with boat trailers, and a 180’ fishing
